I had a pile of old Visio diagrams sitting around, and from what I remember, SmartDraw opened them without much hassle. I’m sure there were a couple little spacing issues here and there, but nothing that took long to clean up. Overall, it’s been working fine for what I needed, and I’m happy with it so far.

I’ve been liking SmartDraw because I can adjust the parts I pay attention to most, like shapes, colors, and layouts, without much hassle. I did have to poke around a little to find a few settings, but once I found them, it felt straightforward. Overall, it gives me enough control to make things look the way I want.

I’ve been using SmartDraw at work whenever I need to put together a quick diagram, and it’s been really dependable for me. I haven’t run into random crashes or annoying loading problems, and I can still open older files without any trouble. For what I need day to day, it just works and doesn’t turn into a hassle

For what you pay, it’s been worth it for my small team. We didn’t need anything too over-the-top, just something that worked and didn’t cost a ton, and this has been doing the job. So yeah, overall I’m happy with it.

I’ve been using SmartDraw in the browser and overall it’s been solid. I really do love having my files saved in the cloud because it makes working from different places so much easier. That said, the syncing can be a bit annoying at times. Every now and then, changes don’t show up right away and I have to refresh, which can be frustrating when I’m in the middle of something. It’s definitely not a bad experience, but I do wish it felt a little smoother and more reliable.

I’ve been using SmartDraw for quick diagrams, it does the job well. I’m not exactly a design expert, so I like having all the templates there instead of starting from scratch and making a mess of it myself.
The only thing that bugs me is the exporting. Maybe I’m being picky, or maybe I’m not setting things up perfectly, but when I export to PDF or Word, the formatting sometimes shifts and I have to go back and fix it. It’s not a dealbreaker, but for the price, I kind of expected that part to be smoother

I tried SmartDraw mostly because it claimed to work with Teams, Google, and the Microsoft apps we already use. I think I started using it sometime last spring, or maybe early summer, but either way the integration part was what pulled me in. Some of it worked, but it never felt as smooth as I expected.
Exporting and sharing diagrams was kind of hit or miss, and I remember having to redo a few things after moving files around. It wasn’t totally useless or anything, but for the price, I really expected the connections with other tools to feel more automatic and less clunky

I’ll admit I felt a bit uneasy after paying for it, like, did I just spend money on something that’s going to be annoying to use? But after messing with it for a while, it started making more sense, and the templates helped a lot.

I’ve used it for a few work diagrams now, and they came out clean without needing a ton of tweaking. I’d give it 4 stars mostly because of the learning curve. It’s not terrible, just not something that felt instantly natural to me.

I cancelled once my project was finished. The billing was clear, and cancel went through fine without any extra hassle or surprise charges. Overall, it was a smooth experience

I’ve been using the team editing feature and it does the job, but it’s not always as smooth as I’d like. Sometimes it lags a bit, which can get annoying when everyone’s trying to work at the same time. It’s OKAY overall, just could be better.

I needed to put together a diagram yesterday afternoon and was expecting it to take a while, but I had it figured out within a few minutes. Everything felt straightforward, and I was able to make the diagram quickly without messing around or getting stuck.

There were lots of templates to choose from, which made it easy to find something that worked for me. My sister even had a quick look and found a few she liked too. Overall, it was simple enough to use and gave me plenty of options.

I ran into an issue with my smartdraw account and, for some reason, I assumed it was going to turn into a whole drawn-out thing. I definitely regret waiting and stressing over it before contacting support, because they got back to me way faster than I expected.
The person helping me was friendly, clear, and didn’t make me feel silly for asking simple questions. They fixed the problem, checked in afterward, and made the whole thing painless. i should’ve messaged them sooner
